Several possible problems: 1. door switch failed. Expose it and test 2. Neutral connection loose at junction box under dishwasher. Expose and test. 3. Control board or Touch pad failure. Expensive to replace.

Check the appropriate breaker in your house electrical panel--push off, then on. If still nothing, look for a removable panel at the bottom under the door. Any internal fuses or breakers will be accessible there.

Shut power off to dishwasher for about 5 minutes and see if control panel will reset. This sometimes helps. If problem is still there you may have a bad control board.

Can not start run?

follow this steps and fix it. Merry Christmas
1. No power to the dishwasher
Make sure there's power getting to the dishwasher. Check for a tripped circuit breaker or a blown fuse. Check the wall socket for power. Sometimes the power cord disconnects at the dishwasher (inside the junction box, behind the bottom kick panel), if this is the case, the wiring must be repaired or replaced.

2. Door switch
Replace if defective.

Main Control Module / Timer

The main control module or mechanical timer controls all the functions of the dishwasher. To check this you will need to find the 2 leads that supply the power to the control. They will be marked on the wiring diagram. They usually come from the hi - limit fuse or the door switch. When the door is latched you should have 120 volts entering the main control. If you do not the problem is not the control. If you do have power entering the control but none of the functions work properly or it does not respond at all you will need to replace main control module. this is easy to replace but not very inexpensive to purchase. Consider the age and overall condition when purchasing this part.

Hello, the normal wash light keeps flashing. i have done the reset. that didnt work. on very rare occasion i can get it to work but only after i continually push the start button.

Hello,
when the normal light on your LED touch pad panel is flashing, that means that your LED panel is defective. Check in your owners manual to find out if there is any limited warranty on the part. The LED (depending on the model nmbr) is covered with full warrranty within 1 year of purchase and again depending on the model numbr, there are limited warranties for up to 5 years.
thanks.

LCD panel menu not working ... all buttons dead. Is there as reset button anywhere?

I presume you have already tried to turn the mains power off and on again.'

When you say all buttons are dead does it also mean all the lights on the top of the panel are out?

Could be the controller has lost power.

Please confirm the situation.
