Call around to local music stores and ask about the closest authorized Yamaha repair center. If it is still under warranty, they should replace the keybed free of charge.

I have just dismantel my p-120 and it is so easy, you can see the clip on youtube or just remove all the screws you see on the back panel of the key board, set it upright again and remove the top where the buttonr are by pushing it forward remove sticky key and fit new please refer to youtube video clip it is all there....good luck
