Having problem with my TV Sony KV-32S40... This morning I tried to tun it on but it took about 10 times on/out before it could turned on and a few seconds later the picture shrunk and the TV turned itself off... What can I do?

I have problem with my RCA tv. When plug in, it would not turn on by the button panel nor remote control. I unplug it for about 2 minutes and tried agian but have the same problem. Problem with the audio (AUDIO), unit goes to standby and blinks the self-diagnosis code. Check IC406 audio amp, PS401, and 402. On some projection models of Sony TV sets, this code means that T8005 (flyback transformer), or the associative components in the high voltage circuits are defective on the D board.

If you unplug the power cord, this should reset the stand by mode and you will have ability to turn off and on by the tv's power button until you can get a remote.
Try unplugging the TV for about 10 minutes and then tunung it on again. Try a factory
To reset the TV to factory settings
1 Turn the TV on.
2 Hold down on the remote control.
3 Press and release the POWER button on the TV front panel. The TV will turn itself off,
then back on.
4 Release .
I'm assuming step 2 means hold down the power button.
