My ilo will turn on nut the ilo screen is the only thing that shows up and light goes on and off and wont shut off unless take battery out
I had the same problem and was able to fix it by connecting the ILO to my PC, and removing the library files from the root directory.
Everyone has that problem!!LOL that same thing happened to me earlier. i would plug it back in and then unplug it and see if it works.

It wont play blinks on searching for files 20 percent. The only way to shut it off is to take battery out
My ilo mp3 player was working just fine all of a sudden when I go and turn it on the screen flashes stays on and sometimes it says searching files it goes too 20% and back to the screen then stays on wont turn off until I take the battery out please help

Will turn on to the Ilo screen and then it freezes! Not much good this way.
Changed battery, tried finding a site to redo the player but no such luck. Maybe just not looking in the right place.
this product sucks i would not suggest anyone to but this mp3 player go with something more expensive
