Try a different version I had it happen to me, so if it did it using 9.0 adobe acrobat reader I would go to 5.0 or 6.0 version instead and then it would solve my problem everytime it's a hassle but don't know any other way around so that's my best advice.
I would guess you are using Internet Explorer when you try to print this. Internet explorer has a bad habit of not printing the whole page. Go to a search engine and search for "Firefox". That is another browser and it will print the entire page when you use it to print out webpages.
My guess is the problem is with Firefox trying to print the page and not the printer. Try to go to File > Print Preview and see if it looks normal there. If not, I have 3 suggestions:
Try to change the "Page Options" or "Scale" under the Print Preview
Try to install and use the Firefox Add-On "IE Tab". This gives you the choice to display the page with Internet Explorer, while still using Firefox. You can turn on IE Tab, and then try to print. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1419
Start-> Control Panel-> printers and faxes/printers/devices and printer.
Do right-click on printer icon and select properties.
Click on Advanced tab.
Select the option "print directly to printer" and click on Apply and Ok.
Then try to print , hope it works.
