Just go to settings and set the time and date and you will have the option in settings like zone time there you can check the zone and you can set the time.

From a Home screen, tap the Arrow icon to display all apps.
  1. Navigate: Settings > Date & time.
  2. To use network-provided values, turn on the following:

How do reset the time

  1. From a home screen, select Apps (located in the lower-right).
  2. Select Settings.
  3. If applicable, select System (appears in Starter mode only).
  4. From the SYSTEM section, select Date & time.
  5. To use network-provided values, select the following:
    Enabled when a check mark is present.
    • Automatic date & time
    • Automatic time zone
  6. If not using network-provided values, perform the following to adjust date & time manually:
    1. Select Set date.
    2. Adjust the date then select Set.
    3. Select Set time.
    4. Adjust the time then select Set.
    5. Select Select time zone.
    6. Select the time zone.
  7. Select Use 24-hour format to enable of disable.
    Enabled when a check mark is present.
  8. To change the date format:
    1. Select Choose date format.
    2. Select one of the following:
      • Regional (6/7/2013)

Reset time on phone

go to initial setup > time and date. enable auto-update for the time. and change it to your correct time zone if u have to under this same menu.

(your first option "initial" may be phone setup, or setup depending on the current flex version on your phone so don't be afraid to surf around a little in the settings tell u find the "date and time" option.

you must first disable Autoupdate (turn it off) - go to settings>scroll to Initial Setup, (select this)>Time & Date (select this)>Autoupdate (set to OFF)>after you do this option will appear to change time to 12/24 hour....

Time setting is incorrect

Go to settings - Initial Setup, and your top option is Time and Date. Select this option and the top item is the time (time zone date and date format below). Select that and it takes you to the screen where you can change the time.

Htc p3300 not opening

Then you will find the time and date.
