Error #134 fatal condition world maps among others happens all the time

Go to the World of Warcraft folder.
Delete the Interface, WDB, and WTF folders.
Restart WoW.
This WILL erase all your settings and addons.

If you prefer not to erase all your settings and addons:
Rename the Interface, WDB, and WTF folders.
Restart WoW.

What this does is resets your game to the original install and will remove any potential corrupted files causing the error messages.

Hope this helps!
