Lost software to mp3 player innovage 512 mb

I have this model Eclipse MP3. I'm not sure but I believe it uses the same chipset as this
player and the manual should be similar. The player does have to be either on or off to charge
but I can't remember which. But when its in the right mode a battery icon will show up on the screen.

Are you sure you synced to you player? I rip videos as well, but then I have to move that video to the software that came with my mp3/video player then sync it. Try that

on the main screen go to setup (picture is a gear) "select"
3rd line down on menu is language "select"
2nd line down is english "select"
