Try doing a hard reset. To do this you can follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the power button.

2. While holding the power button, use the tip of the stylus ( or a similar object without a sharp tip) to gently press and release the reset button inside the hole on the back of your hand held.

3. Wait for the Palmcan't use touchscrren - 2.gif Powered logo to appear, and then release the power button.

4. When you see the message that warns you about erasing all of the info on your hand held do one of the following:
a) Press UP on the 5 way navigator button on the bottom of your hand held to finish the reset and show the touch screen.
b) Press any other button to do a soft reset.

5. When prompted , tap to align the screen, and then set the language you want to use on your hand held. A screen appears showing the Palm logo and a progress bar. From there continue to set up your Palm and then do a hot sync. Best wishes....Hope this helps.

My cell phone touch screen is not working...when i press one icon it lights up the one beside it and I have drained the battery and all of that....I don't know what else to do? I'm in contract and...

You can try re calibrating the screen if you can get the phone into settings. If your phone won't work at all you can send it into AT&T if you're still under warranty. I've had many phones replaced like that, as long as it doesn't have any water damage.

I´ve a pda hp h5455 that don´t start , i´ve tried to do a hard reset and charge it via USB and nothing hapens

To do the hard reset, while on battery (NOT A/C) power, hold down the two outside front-panel buttons (Calendar and iTask), While holding them, press the reset button with the stylus. Keep these buttons all pressed until the image on the screen begins to fade (about 4 seconds), then you can release the reset and application buttons. To restart your iPAQ, you must then plug the unit into A/C power, or do a Soft Reset by again, pressing the reset button with the stylus.

Screen Calibration

Check for protective film/screen debris build-up around edges.

Check for loose cabling plugs into the back of the Screen
Unscrew the four little fascia screws & lift panel out.

I had same problem after unable to enter password.
Did Hard reset, encountered the stylus calibration cycling error.
One of my screen cables had come adrift slightly at one corner.

IPaq won 't respond to screen calibration.

So far no fixes. It's just been collecting dust. I think it's a screen response issue, and will probably cost more to fix than to replace (at least for me) in my situation. I'm thinking iPhone....
