Shure buzz I have a shure wireless microphone. I'm not sure if that's the exact model below. I paid about $400 for it. It has worked great. I've had it about 4 years. Now it creates a buzz in the system when I plug it in. Any suggestions. I don't think it's the mike but the receiver. Can I buy replacement parts or have it repaired?

Check the lead connecting the receiver to system by replacing it out. Check that the correct power supply is still being used.

My shure sm58 beta wireless microphone has a very loud popping noise during it's on.

Try calling Shure at 800-516-2525. They are experts on their products and can help you troubleshoot. It's nearly impossible impossible to diagnose this in a forum.

How do you get a shure ut4 diversity receiver to work with or receive a wireless sm58 Shure mic?

"SM58" is just the cartridge. You need to look at the model number inside the battery compartment. The UT4 receiver will only work with a UT2 transmitter. They must both be on the same exact frequency.

Can anyone please tell me how to use a shure sm58 radio antenna wireless microphone or manual as ive just purchased this of ebay and no instructions came with it so a little lost as no sound coming from...

Shure SM58 is not a wireless microphone, so clarify me the exact model for your wireless device in order to help you.

I bought a new T2 SM 58 Shure Microphone with freq. 171.845 Need a receiver. Don't know where to go.

Unfortunately, there are no new receivers available that can be used. You'll have to try to find a used Shure receiver on that exact frequency.

Hi i have this system 2X Shure LX4 Wireless MARCAD Receiver + SM58 Microphone can i buy seperate SM58 MICROPHONE to use in this system? thx. mike

The LX series was discontinued by Shure several years ago. They no longer have any new transmitters that would work with your receiver. You could look for a used transmitter, but it would need to be on the exact same frequency as your receiver. That will not be easy to find.

I need a Shure T2/58 transmitter

These were discontinued several years ago. You'll have to watch eBay or Craigslist. If you find a used one, it will need to be on the same exact frequency as your receiver in order to work. It won't be easy to find one on the same exact frequency, so good luck with your quest.

Shure wireless mic switching off

Hi,

Maybe your battery is loosing contact, one of the most common problems with the older Shure models.
If there's a 9 volt battery in it, just bent the clips a little or put something behind the clips so that the contact is for sure.

Gerard

Can you tell me how to remove the mic head off a shure ut2 beta 58a wireless and is it compatible with any other shure wireless thanks

The Beta 58A head simply unscrews from the handle (just below the grill). It will fit all Shure handheld transmitters.
