Canon ir 1023n ''DOWNLOAD STANBY'' ON DISPLAY

Hello!I have a problem with mi CANON IR1023N, when I turn it on says''DOWNLOAD STANDBY'' on the display and cannot start for make copies, buttons dont respond!, if I connect it on my computer it change and say ''DOWNLOAD CONNECTED'', in my computer appears ''new hardware found CANON CFYSA'', on internet i have not found any driver about this!, if you have a solution give me it THANK YOU!

I this is a common problem, you need to reload the firm ware on the machine you will need a canon Tech to do this as they have a special service tool and firmware

Short two pins at JP141 on PCB with screwdiver or paperclip. Should be lower left of image processor PCB. Have to remove back cover, short or connect two pins, then power on machine this will reset.
