Depending upon the age, the Dream Maker has a digital thermostat which is easy to change but to be honest I don't think that is the cause of your problem.
Check the keypad connection on the PCB (circuit board).
t could be either the keypad or PCB at fault and withou trying one or the other you'll not be able to determine the problem. My advise would be for you to contact your local parts supplier and ask them whether or not they can supply you a keypad to try with the option to send it back for a refund if it doesn't cure the problem.
A keypad can be trial fitted to the PCB, just unplug the old one, plug the new one in and turn on the power. There's no need to install the keypad to the spa, therefore you wont damage it in anyway.
If the keypad doesn't cure the problem, change the PCB.

Ian.

SOURCE: spa won't heat
you need to have the heater tested, there should be about 10 ohms of resistance when testing across the heater leads. MAKE SURE POWER IS OFF, and disconnect the wires at the posts then test for resistance.
If the multimeter reads an open, the heater is bad. Also make sure that you actually get 240 volts across the heater leads when the system is on.
You should have a spa technician test it if you are not comfortable working with electronics.

hi i am having the same problem have you managed to fix it and how any help would be much appreciated thanks joe [email protected]

If it's loosing water this should be a structure warranty. I have two of these and had to drain the spa and shine a light in the spa and take pictures from underneath. Then the light will show off the cracks well. If your the original owner just keep at Dream maker, they should give you a new one.
If the SLP or SL Message is Alternating with the Water Temperature on the Display, the Spa is Operating in the Sleep Heating Mode.
If the SLP or SL Message is ON Solid (Not Flashing) on the Display, the Spa is Operating in the Sleep Heating Mode, but there is No current water temperature because the Spa is between Filter Cycles.
Hope this helps.
