I do not think you need a driver. Connect it to your computer via USB and the computer will recognize it as a "Removable Drive" automatically and assign it a letter (E: or F:, etc.).
Bantam no longer exists. They were bought out by GPX. GPX has some support information such as manuals, but not the software. You can obtain a copy of the software at the Yahoo! Group: http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/bantamplayers/

A great tool you might want to look into is the HDDTool. It's for Philips HDD
Audio Jukebox. However, I've used it successfully to refresh the database. You

Find a pin or a paper clip. Insert the tip to the reset hole (locate next to USB). It will try to reset the system and test the system.
If you see the test / diagnose message, push the reset button again until you see the Bantam logo and the charging indicator.
