Install fresh batteries, turn it on and make sure your bluetooth dongle is installed and active. If you have never paired this mouse with it's receiver, then you will have to put them both into pairing mode, and once paired you should have no problems.

Windows Explorer tips Use check boxes to select multiple files

Windows Explorer tips Windows Explorer is the heart and soul of the Windows interface, and overall it works quite well. But you can make it better.
Use check boxes to select multiple files In order to select multiple files for an operation such as copying, moving or deleting in Windows Explorer, you generally use the keyboard and the mouse, Ctrl-clicking every file you want to select. But if you're mouse-centric, there's a way to select multiple files in Windows 7 using only your mouse, via check boxes. To do it:
1. In Windows Explorer, click Organize, and then select "Folder and search options."
2. Click the View tab.
3. In Advanced Settings, scroll down and check the box next to "Use check boxes to select items." Click OK.
4. From now on, when you hover your mouse over a file in Windows Explorer, a check box will appear next to it; click it to select the file. Once a file is selected, the checked box remains next to it; if you uncheck it, the box will disappear when you move your mouse away.

HOW DO YOU INCREASE PRINT SIZE ON PC SCREEN?

You did not stated what is your operating system, if this is any flavour of windows and you have scroll mouse:

1. press and hold "ctrl" button on left side of the keyboard
2. scroll mouse forward/reverse till required size of print is enquired

If you do not have scroll mouse, not everything is lost:

1. press and hold "ctrl" button on left side of the keyboard
2. tap plus or minus key on numerical keypad till required magnification is achieved.

Other method is to tap right mouse button on your desktop, select "properties" or "display properties" depending which windows and adjust display size settings til yo are satisfied.

Hope this little tips will help you achieve desired result, please leave note which method work best for you.

The scroll button on my mouse is stuck, will not turn.

If the scroll button is sticky, take a q-tip and clean the wheel off on the outside and as much in the inside as possible. Dampen the q-tip with water.

If that doesnt' work, look for screws that hold the mouse together, unscrew the screws and take the mouse apart. At that point clean the scroll button and then put everything back together.

If the mouse still doesn't work properly then at that point, you'll need to get a new mouse.

Mouse won't connect

Dear, as i can understand, your mouse is connected properly but the problem is in sending signals to the computer to responed the actions of mouse. There may two reasons.

1. There may some kind of problem in the mouse, thats why, it is not sending the proper signals to the computer.

2. There may be a worm or virus that is causing disturbance with the mouse driver.

You need to check another mouse with your system or this mouse with another system to make sure about the real problem. If the mouse is workind proerly on the other computer then need to fix you computer by installing the driver again or by scanning your computer for worms and viruses using anti virus or need to install the operating system again.

Best regards.
