We have a uline "built-in" ice machine with fully intergrated cabinet panel on the front. Have been noticing some water on floor. Plumber came today and when they pulled it out from the cabinets we discovered it has obviously been leaking for a very long time everything underneath was wet and mold everywhere and it has damaged our custom cabinet it sits next to. The water line in the back does not appear to be leaking. When it "cycles" and you can hear water running as if it's filling the tray it looks like water starts running out underneath. I have been noticing for a while that I thought the machine "sounds funny" when cycling on and off. I am just sick about the damage and we have turned it off and it sits in the middle of the floor while we try to figure out what to do. It was installed around 2 years ago, so we assume no warranty to cover it unless there is a recall of some sort. Please help!

I would recommend to call U-line and let them know about the problem. They would recommend to get the unit back to them so they can review it. Make sure nothing was done to the unit. Leave it as is. If they find a defect with the unit then they will ask for estimates. U-line will probably pay for the unit to be brought back to them.
