The low pressure switch would be around the air dyer system.

If line drier is cool on one side and warm on other you have a line restriction. Is compressor cycling on and off.?.. be careful jumping low pressure switch...The high pressure on low side is restriction going to evaporator coil in firewall... check for a filter in cab for evaporator coil it may be stopped up

Yes and you may not buy the car if you know. But all of the Manufacturers probably operate the same scam. Even if you are the original owner, it costs you between $250 and $350 to get a reprogramming disk to upgrade the system. You simply use the cd and insert the Navigation disk, that disk stays in the cd when you have a multiple cd unit.

We leased a new Lincoln for 3 years and after 2 years a letter came out trying to sell us the upgrade. We did not upgrade, and felt we should have a current map for the remaining year of our lease as we felt we paid for the ability of the Navigation system to do its job the full 3 years. They did not give us an upgrade.

So at 2 year intervals, the Manufacturers will sock you with a $350 bill to keep your Navigation current. Or just use the old maps.

If your talking about no air flow, at the vents, floor,defrost, there are no doors that will restrict air flow, then you have a plugged Ac evaporater core, with foriegn matter, leaves, dirt, and oil from the ac itself, leak in evap leak cause this, as long as the blower is working on all speeds, remove the motor for inspection and evap , an other way to inspect the evap, remove the evap sensor grommet, look inside of hvac, the core will be plugged, this is an expesive repair to do. Dodge recommends new plugs at 60k. If that engine, I don't remember off hand, has a coil pack over overy plug, try switching the coil to a different plug and see if the missfire moves. If it does then you need a coil, if it doesnt then its the plug.

I had to switch "Daylight Savings" from "ON" to "OFF" in order to bring the time back an hour. I assume that I'll just have to switch it back to "ON" in the Spring in order to move the time forward and hour.

I am just guessing, but it sounds like whoever traded the car in might have given you a disc that wasn't for your particular vehicle??? I ordered a disc online, thinking I had the right one... and it read Disc Error as well when inserted. However, when I got the part# right, the new disc worked like a charm.

Also, when I bought my Charger... the dealership told me that it is not uncommon for the former owner to switch out discs before they trade the car in. I would call your dealer and read the number off the disc to them... so that they can check it to be sure that it is one that should be compatible with your year/make/model before I went any further.
