Question about Power Acoustik Car Audio & Video
The magnet size only matters for low tones, i.e. base, the larger the magnet the deeper the bass note, so no magnet size is not a factor with these used for mid range sound frequencies. The main thing is that the speakers are good quality brand with platic cones is prefered, a 4 ounce magnet will do the job
