I have a LG LRSC26923TT, it's 3 years old and the water dispenser has quit working. Any ideas? Also, a few months ago the icemaker would occasionally spray water all over the inside of the freezer instead of into the tray. The line was frozen so I cleared it, but it's happened again. Any ideas?
I have a LG GRP207TUJA side by side freezer, which has a water, ice, crushed ice dispenser. There is a button to select which mode of dispenser. The freezer just appears to be cycling through all the selections all by itself and make the bleeping noise as it moves from one selection to another...any ideas

Hollow cubes are caused by not having enough water in the ice mold. Fill it up manually by pouring water in it and see how the cubes turn out. look for an adjustment behind the plastic
endcover with a +/- on it. - is less water. + is more water.
Try swapping the wires on the dual water inlet valve. Then
try the water dispenser. The water should go to the ice maker. This will tell
you weather or not the ice maker valve is working and if the line is clear.
There is a screen filter before the water inlet valve in the water line. It can get partially stopped up with sediment blocking water flow.
Water frozen in the freezer supply line - you need to thaw out the freezer. About six hours, door open, turn freezer OFF. You'll need a cooler with dry ice for your frozen food. 99% certain it'll work after that.
the "e" usually means it has an error. it could be a bad temperature thermistor or a bad control board. the most likely is the board. i hope you are less then 1 year old as the board can be quite pricey, about 150 bucks. you could try to unplug the unit for a few minutes and then plug back in and see if the code goes away and returns to the cooling mode.
Sounds like a water valve problem to me. Force the ice maker to cycle. (turn it off and let it get cold for at least an hour then turn it back on). Test for voltage on the ice maker side of the valve. The valve is usually in the back near the floor. Just follow the water line. Another solution. switch the wires on the water valve. then try the water dispenser and see if it makes the ice maker fill up. See if when the ice maker cycles water comes out the door. If the ice maker causes water in the door , replace the valve, If door switch causes ice maker to fill up replace ice maker again.
It is most likely a broken water tank in back wall of refrigerator section remove the crisper drawers you will see the tank it holds about 1.5 gal of water to keep it chilled for the dispenser. check all around it with the water on and someone getting water out of the dispenser at the same time check the seams closely. you should find the leak there let me know if not we may have to look into the water inlet valve
