Just look for your favorite songs on Youtube most can be found, then go to a Youtube to MP3 converter site and put the Youtube song into the Youtube to MP3 converter site and click download, within a few seconds you will get your song in MP3 format just make sure the video has lyrics only or you will get the video clips as well, but with lyrics only you only get the song.

Just plug the mp3 player in like it was a removable storage device and drag and drop the songs into a folder on the mp3 player. you can delete the songs the same way. You dont have to install the software that comes with the player. I bought my son one and was having the same problems as you guys and this is how I fixed it.

Walmart and many other sites sells songs that are DRM encrypted, meaning they are copy protected. Your MP3 player will not play these unless it is DRM 9 / 10 compatable. The purchase license permits you to download and play in the first device, when copied to another device the DRM prohibits playback in the second device.

Open the music you want to burn in Windows Media player... at the top you will find an option to burn the files to disc - this will create an Audio disc that can be played in any CD player.
If you want to back up the Mp3s as data files you should simply insert an empty CD a window will pop up asking you what you want to do - select add files to CD (burn data CD) and then select the MP3s you want to burn... these files will not play on normal CD players.
