Dishwasher repair My bosch dishwasher shu5305uc/u11 does not fill with water but the water valve appears to work.

Hi, please note the Bosch dishwasher will stop filling with water when the drain is clogged. The machine has sensors to check if there is any water present in the drain and that prevent the hose jets from operating if there is. Hope this makes sense. Make certain that there is water coming into the d/w if so and you are sure that the solenoid on the water valve energizes then its possible that the strainer on the water valve might be clogged if so its going to take a bit of work to remove and clean the strainer and reasemble it are you confident .
