There are latest versions of Pc Suites available from Nokia aka OVI Suite , you can download them from Nokia_Ovi_Suite_webinstaller_ALL.exe
make a new connection and sync with your computer

You may just need a software update. Download Nokia PC suite to your computer. Connect your phone to your computer via USB or bluetooth. Then click PC suite on your phone. Open up Nokia PC suite and check for a software update.

The sms settings such as the service number, reply center number and more might be changed. So you better contact the service provider to send you the new sms settings to get the things done.

which mobile u using if nokia then go for the nokia suite download it and take a backup of whole mobile to the pc

take out your battery, sim and memory stick.. then turn it off for 5 minutes, then turn in on without inserting the memory stick. after that try sending sms again, if it delivered,then try it with memory stick. if u can send sms,then its ok..but if cant then your memory sticks got a problem.my suggestion is to format the memory stick..

try it with the area code first.

no such facility in SE pc suit. you have to complain to Sony Ericsson web site in the future suits they might bring necessary updates for the same. i too initially worried about this as i was extensively using pc suit for sending SMS
