The seals in the drive pump can be replaced by taking off the ride plate and pump housing. To replace any other seals (engine or hull) you will have to remove the motor from the hull.

If the seal is in the jet pump, get an impellor tool and replace all the seals and bearings in the jet pump. You will have to pull the engine to replace the crankcase seals or the rear hull seal.
If you plan to store a jet ski in a garage, you will need to
make sure it is dry and cool and with limited exposure to the sun. In general,
you need to do what you can to prevent rust and other grime that eventually may
cause mechanical issues.
Washing your jet ski is also needed after every use. You can
use your car wash products. I also suggest to read the user's manual, it may include
tips about maintaining your jet ski.
You can protect the engine with a special spray and water
repellant.
If you plan to store your jet ski for a while, it is preferred that you will disconnect the battery.
