Try Re installing

What do you get that error from?

Within Internet Explorer, click Tools.
Click Internet Options.
Under the "Browsing History" area, click Delete.
Click OK to do the delete.
Close IE8.
Open IE8.
Try again to access 'www.hotmail.com'.

restart ur pc and then run reginout cleaner to clean up syatem and its registry it will fix it
