Picture taken is so bright and with trasparent horizontal line

If the photo shoot out show white , the obscure (quality variation), and even horizontal line ( white lines), and so on over-exposure cases, even if the use of anti-tremor, set to default values are invalid, because the camera shutter fault.

It's need repair camera machine shutter.

Poor picture quality

You need to consider the following tips herein as follow:

1) Field collapse (horizontal white line on screen)
R710 dry joints. Same as C2146TN & C2546TN problem solved with thanks to Mike G & Barty. Power off/unplug. Get to circuit board underside with aerial socket up-R710 is near top and right of centre-cluster of 4 joints best resoldered
2) Picture is horizontally narrowed and deformed
Capacitor C2913 (390nF, 250V) on the deflector PCB had lost capacity

Please let me know any update

Horizontal Lines throughout the images

My friend, I believe that that is a CCD issue. The horizonal lines and the interrmitent issues with the images are all related to a CCD issue that was notorious on the S-series camera.
Why the tech told you there is no CCD is beyond me, but all cameras either have a CCD or a form of the CCD and this is most likely causing you the issue.

eBay is a very good spot to find replacement parts!

Horizontal snow lines on record and playback

the symptom is caused by a dirty video head. sometimes cleaning tape cannot do all the jobs, especially when the dirt is so much that any cleaning tape cannot remove it. open the cover, use a clean white paper dampened with a little alcohol. use your finger on the paper and gradually move the head drum back and forth. donot move the paper up or down. just move the drum slowly. good luck!
