Razr v3 phone numbers are coming up with no caller id.

There should be an icon you can touch that will bring up a menu with "Edit." On my Moto G, it's three square dots stacked vertically in the upper right corner of the screen when I'm viewing my own contact info. Once you are in "Edit" mode, you should be able to add your name and other info as you wish.

go into menu,settings,in call setup and you can block the id for the next call from there

click on menu, then settings. click in-call setup.,then to caller ID and then click on next call only and hide id is what you want.

take backup of ALL the data of ur cell phone and then do a MASTER RESET.
it shud solve the problem.
i hav done it twice.

you may need to reset and clear the phone then try again if that does not work then you can try a reflash of the firmware on the phone

find a friend who has a phone.
call that number.
see what comes up on thier caller ID.

without calling:
Menu > Settings > Phone Settings > my number

call your mobile provider and have them assist you with this issue.

try to copy all the contacts on a paper then delete all the ph book contacts and write them again make shure that when you write the phone number with the area code if its like that on your ph book

if you are putting 1 then the area code , just put in the area then the number and nt the 1 digit this should help

check your phonebook ,, it may have double entry...is it all who calls you display unknown calls?
