Caps lock notification driver for logitech ex 100 wireless keyboard. There's no way to see when Num lock or CAPS lock is on. Is there are driver that will allow me to see when Num lock & CAPS lock is on?

You should have software that comes with this combo. SetPoint 6.0 is the latest at the moment, and once installed and updated will show on screen if caps lock, num lock, function key's are active!

On most any keyboard there are 3 lights indicating whether or not your caps lock, num lock, or scroll lock are on. Also my programs have a default notification that lets you know when your typing a password, if the caps lock is on or not!

If it's typing in all capital letters (it appears to be doing so), then your Caps Lock is probably on.

Not on their wireless products (uses battery power), but you can download this handy litttle app that shows the CAPS,NUM,and SCROLL LOCK status on the screen. It also gives audible feedback when typing in all caps and when the status is changed.

Unfortunately there are no lights on the keyboard, which is ridiculous if you ask me!

You can however download a driver from the Dell website that will add a Cap Lock, Num Lock and Scroll Lock notification to the taskbar area.

I have a feeling there are two ways to tell. First, the receiver unit that connects to your computer should have two LED light on them. One will have an "A". This will be lit when the Caps Lock is on. The second LED has a "1" over it, and that's your Num Lock indicator.

The second way will be after you install Logitech's software, text will appear across bottom of your screen (usually in green) for a second or two telling you if you just pressed the Caps Lock or Num Lock buttons.

Your EX 110 receiver has 3 indicator lights (LEDs) that display the status of the Caps lock, Function key, and the Num lock during normal operating mode. These lights will also flash when the connect button on the receiver is pressed.
LED A: Indicates that the Caps Lock (Capital lock) key is on when lit.
LED F: Indicates that the F keys are in Standard F Keys Mode when lit and in Enhanced F Keys Mode when the LED is off.

• Your EX 110 keyboard has an Enhanced F Keys Mode for F keys that provides additional functions you can program. See Knowledge Base article 9526.

On your taskbar there will be a logitech icon. If you don't see it click the arrow. Double click it and look through it. Hope this helps!

The "A" signifies it as a capital key
The 1 signifies it as a number key
Being a cheaper model it does not have that feature.
Did it come with an installation disk?
Maybe when you install it the cap lock and number lock will be on the computer screen in the system tray.
Some do that.
If not you may want to take it back and get a more expensive one. One, that has the features you like.
