Question about Bose Audio Players & Recorders
SOURCE: Art *** does not pair with my Mac
Is this device Mac compatible? It doesn't sound like it is. Maybe go to Apple or Mfgs. website and see if drivers are available for Mac. If not, the thing will probably never work with a Mac. I always make sure hardware is Mac compatible before I buy.

Although I have a different model, I was having the same problem. By right clicking on the speaker icon next to the clock in the icon tray you'll get different options. Click on 'Playback Devices' and then you'll see all the speakers that are active. In my case, the default speaker was set to be my laptop speakers (you can see this because of the green dot). By simply changing the bluetooth speaker to be your default speaker (by right clicking on it) you'll hear sound again. And when the blueetooth speaker is disconnected, the laptop use your 'secondary' speakers, that is, your laptop speakers. Hope this helps!

Normally when pairing with any device, any pairing code can be applied (4 digits),and then when asked on the other system, the one applied on the first system, will be required to put in. In most of the cases, it is pre defined as 0000
