It is likely that the timer is stuck and will have to be replaced.

Is my asko d1776 repairable. It's currently not going into wash mode. The Blade are not turning and washing.

The motor is not getting switched on at the proper time. The timer / cycle selector is the problem and is easily repairable.

Who do you set timer on asko 6461 washer?

the timer you are trying to set is for a delay start. so if you set the timer for 1 hr, the machine will start 1 hr later.

Asko 10505 will not spin the belt is not broken, tub fills and drains

Your washer unit is needing a new timer and replacement is needed if the part is available.
This will require some electrical experience to replace the timer unit or go to your local Sears repair and they will come out and repair your unit for a fee.

Our office has a new Asko d3112 dishwasher and maybe its just "user error" but we set it to wash and it stayed on for 3hrs? How do we set it to a normal wash? Simple question but for busy accountants we...

This is probably not 'user error'. No machine has a 3 hour wash cycle. The timer will not advance if the water is not up to the proper temp. A severely extended wash cycle is usually caused by a faulty heating element.
I assume the water supply line was hooked up to the HOT water and not the cold. And you run the sink until hot water is present in the line.
The next time you run this machine, allow it to operate for a few minutes, then open it up and see if a ball of steam escapes. No steam = no heat = no timer movement.
If this is the case, the resistance of the element will need to be checked with a multitester set to ohms. A faulty reading will be zero or overlimit or infinity and the element will have to be replaced.
It may also be as simple as a broken or disconnected heating element wire. Good luck
