Mitsubishi's TVs are much better their cars but some have a weird tuning system. Under the cover for AV3 input (lower right front of TV) is a small recessed button marked 'preset'. Push this, then choose 'Auto' to scan and load the channels then choose 'Manual' to adjust and reassign them to the right channels.

If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts.

Service mode entry, adjust and exit procedure to many popular brand TVs are given. Never forget to exit the service mode, after all adjustments have been done.
NB: Please read and understand well, the instructions to enter the service mode, before you begin. Be very careful. Note how to "EXIT" the service mode; after entering and adjusting data. This is very important.
Search the site by type in the "brand name" or "Tamil nadu tv" , in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts.

Vizio model M65-C1. Power comes on, the Visio logo appears and then disappears, backlighting stays on but the TV does not come on completely...what could be the issue? Vizio model M65-C1. Power Supply Board 715G6887-P02-001-002S ADTE1835A C 8 - Main Board 715G7288-M02-000-005T I thought to dig into my TV and I thought the power supply was bad but it is not. The resistors and capacitors that usually go bad are still functioning. I removed the main board and cleaned it up and flowed it as I have seen on the internet and I am still getting the same problem. My daughter told me the power doesn't come on anymore and it does - but after really going over the TV this is what I have found: 1. When plugging it in for the first time the light comes on for a few seconds and then dims or goes off - on standby. 2. I can either power it on via the remote or by the power button on the back of the TV. 3. When powering on the light on the bottom of the TV comes on for about 4 - 5 seconds and then dims or goes off. 4. The Vizio logo appears for a few seconds and then disappears. There is no picture and obviously no sound because of no picture. 5. The backlighting is on for roughly 30 - 35 seconds and then the TV appears to shut off by itself. 6. I don't see the red or blue light coming on...on the main board. 7. Five seconds later the light at the bottom of the TV comes on and you can repeat No. 3 - 5 above. 8. The TV just keeps cycling as it did before I ran any diagnostics or clean up the main board. 9. The cycle start to finish takes 40 - 45 seconds and did this over 5 minutes before I disconnected it. I had to disconnect because neither the remote or power button would work. Prior to all of these issues my daughter stated it would take roughly 30 minutes for the TV to finally come on and once on it was fine for hours. Eventually after months the TV took 4 hours to finally come on and then nothing except what it is currently doing above. The power supply when on reads as it should - the power supply shows 5 volts - 19 volts etc. as I am running my volt meter across the top of the pins. I am also getting 24 volts where I should. The Main Board was a mess with a white substance in places and something like caked on Pepsi and the two pads holding the main board in place had somewhat fused with the board. It took me an hour to clean all of the sticky residue off. I am perplexed. I don't feel I need a power supply but don't know what the "real" issue is because no one on the internet has had the same issues. What do you feel could be the issue?
