Halfords put a new battery in my peugeot 206 yesterday and now the stereo says it needs a code?

try this to reprogram the key to the car,once you change the battery on a car key the go out of sink with the car. this should work

look on youtube, your code might be in your manual alway write it down somewhere

By turn on the radio, at the peugeot 206, with T1 Low radio cassette, the screen show -'end' , and the radio play nothing. What is the problem? Micko

Hi the problem your having is going to be that the stereo is locked up now.
The only option you have left is to go to peugeot main dealer and take the car with you they can then reset it with a hard reset code this can only be done at the dealers they will not give the info out to anyone as the stereo could have been stolen so you will need to take the car to the main dealers.

I don't think it's that easy to find unless the stereo clearly specifies it..I have the same problem too and have given up..
