Idk what it is but everytime im using the internet my modem keeps restarting over and over. It's a new modem and the guy said sumthing bout changing the frequency and stuff.I did all dat but nutn.he also told me dat it might be with the electrical system dat da house is not grounded or sumthn.idk but its gettn annoyn
If its new then you must not have issue with it, if the configuration they gave is already setup and nothing missing, it should be ok.
If the electrical issue is true, then you try to use AVR or other power supply for your modem.
You can also try to plug it in different place and try to connect with it (even without internet) to test if its really the electrical thing causing you this headache.
"Rebooting the modem by itself is not normal" (possible hardware cause).
Otherwise, you should ask for its warranty or replacement.

its possible thats its not properly configured :like time out is not set to zero or higher,2nd:probably needs an upgrade for software version,3rd better contact your isp provider to check if line issue,....however if isp says not line issue then most probably it just needs to be reconfigured so i strongly recommend you could call your isp or att since there tech support for it...i hope you'll have it fixed already

The drivers are located on the 2wire website. You need to go to support > downloads > Gateways > 100/1000. Those drivers will work for any 2wire gateway that has USB.
