My building has converted to outlook...i was using hotmail now i can't retrieve my msgs ...any ideas on how i can access this?

Please check with the firewall sitting of our os and router it may conflict disable the firewall sitting in windows from control panel

If you turn on the reading pane in Outlook, you can just read the hotmail messages there without problems.
Only if you click on a link inside the message will it open your default browser.

yes you can do that if your company is using an exchange server

1. Go online and access www.hotmail.com
2. Below the Sign In button, click "Can't access your account?" link and follow the steps to reset password

Reminder: passwords are mixture of letter and numbers. If you have capital letters in your password, use shift key and not CapsLock key for uppercase letters.
