I have been charged £89.95 for tune in radio on 3/1/2018 and I didn’t want it. Please can you help me getting my money back?

Hello, Mike -

You will need to contact TuneIn directly.

Go to this TuneIn web page and choose Listener:
http://www.fixya.com/answer/answerpageslideview.aspx?thid=26859170&ctg=461

That will bring you to a page where you can fill out a form to send an email asking how to cancel your subscription.

I also found information on cancelling / unsubscribing here:
https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7365414?start=0&tstart=0
Scroll down to the bottom of that page and read what robynphd wrote.

What is buffering on the tunein app?

Buffering happens when the data rate is slower then the rate of the media being played. This generally happens due to a poor or slow internet connection.

Are there internet radio stations that I can listen to even if I don't live in the US?

There are a lot of internet radio stations that you can listen to even if you don't live in the US. I have found tunein to be a really good alternative to iheart radio or Grooveshark in place of Pandora.

I have a subscription for my car will I need to buy a second subscription if I buy a stiletto 2?

Your subscription is keyed to the receivers unit ID, so yes, you would have to buy a second subscription if you bought another unit. If you stop using one of them you can transfer the subscription to the other one. Satellite radio in general is not doing as well as the manufacturers were hoping, so you could probably get a deal on the second unit's subscription.

Sirius radio says to call 888-539-subscribe

Umm.. Call the number?

Sounds like the subscription is out.

Could be clerical on their side, could be any number of things. But that's pretty simple. It says call the number, so call the number.

They may not be able to speak to you since you're not the account holder, so you might need to have your sister call, in which case, provide the serial number of the unit to your sister and have them call.
