I would check the drain line for kinks and obstructions and then the pump. Remove the hoses from the pump and check for anything clogging it (like the occasional stray piece of clothing) and check the pump impeller. Make sure there are no broken or missing blades and that the impeller will spin freely. If any blades are missing/broken or if you can't get the impeller to spin freely, the pump is defective. Hopefully it's just a clogged drain line, pump, or jammed impeller. Sorry for your trouble and I hope this helped. Best wishes.
