And alltel says there is a bill attached and the previous people have to pay the bill on the phone before i can activate it...HELP!!
I need more information on what you need. Are you with alltel or another carrier? Be more specific about your problem please.
I will answer this as honest as possible. I looked on the website, and under activating a previously used, it says nothing about another person needing to pay their previous bill, but they may have policies inside the company that restrict this. I would give it one more try, maybe give them a guilt trip....... Tell them that t-mobile is willing to connect it and if they want your business, they should help you out if, like they're commercials say, they are sooo much better. If they won't, HATE TO SAY IT, YOU'LL HAVE TO SEND IT BACK.

I am an Alltel customer, my phone was broken, a razor that I bought from Alltel, I ordered another razor with Alltel service on it from a woman on ebay. When I got the phone, I called Alltel to activate it and they said they could not b/c the previous people had an outstanding bill. Is there any way to get around that or do I HAVE to send her phone back? Thanks!!
