Restart the notebook and press F10 to enter into BIOS which should be blue in colour. The move the laptop and check if the screen turns green and fuzzy.

Try another known good working monitor on your computer, if the screen looks good then you know the monitor is bad. If the known good working monitor looks fuzzy as well then you know the video card is bad on it and would need to be replaced.
You need to reset the screen resolution. There should be access to the resolution at the bottom right hand corner of your screen look for the monitor icon..
I don't think you can in PageMaker. The blurring occurs because of the nature of the images you're probably using. They are made up of a set of small blocks of colours (pixels). If you increase the size of the image, the blocks just get bigger and it turns blurry.
Your two options: * Sharpen the image - you can use free software like Picasa. This can be used to fix blurry images, but isn't ideal. * Resample the image - this is the better solution, more pixels are added as the image size is increased. You need proper image software like photoshop or paint shop pro to do this.
Its either one of two of these problems,1 select control panel, then control panel home, then adjust screen resolution, then pump up the resolution to max and make sure the colour field is at 32 bit and apply these changes........2 is that LCD display is busted for sure.
This sounds like CCD sensor problem ( especially if the picture is "noisy" ). Canon and Sony fixes this particular problem free of charge since the CCD device installed in your camera should last + - 15 years if it is properly manufactured. Contact your agent and find out what their policy is.
