My hp psc 750 will print from my computer, but I cannot make a copy. It keeps saying, "Scanne Failure. Turn off and on again." I have done this several times and it still will not make a copy.

I have seen other HP scanner/printers with very similar problems in our shop. On many of them it is caused by dirty scanner glass or dirty mirrors. We have a tech page with step by step cleaning that should help you. You can find it at

the standard port for biderectional printer is lpt 1, if this is a usb printer the standard port would be usb 1
I think the problem you may be experiencing is associated with the bios you can get in the bios by tapping del as the machine first starts you will look for bi directional printer setting, set it for epp+ecp then hit the f10 key save to bios and then run setup for your printer
