You might need to change the friction wheel. I looked up your model number and the part number for the friction disc is PN# 240394. You might be able to get the part locally from your small engine repair shop.
To replace the disc you will need to drain the oil and place some plastic over the gas tank and put the cap on so no gas will leak out. Then you will have tip the blower forward so it is setting on the augers.
Then remove the bolts on the access cover on underside . Once removed you will have to remove the wheel and see what else you will to remove. It is pretty easy to figure it out. If you have to take out the rod that moves the friction disc from side to side (gear shift rod) MAKE SURE IT IS IN PLACE AND WORKING BEFORE REASSEMBLING. Put in fresh oil and remove plastic. It should be up and running.
