My orange light is staying on and I cant shut it off even pushing the off button

you probably don't have the disk in straight. It does take a push to get the lid down. The orange light will stay lit until it is ready to perk

Your TV is going into fault protection mode. The Uf capacitors on the PSB-Power supply boards are blown. Recap the Uf caps on the PSB.

replace the power cord, do not use tv till you replace the power cord ok, you will eventually short circuit the tv or even worse blow the internal components

Does this camera have a memory card? If it does, try removing it and than try turning the camera on. If this by chance does not work, it may need to be taken in for firmware repair.

try sensing if your cpu fan is working, it is under the power switch side, you can see small exhaust slots, put your hand beside it and feel if some air is coming out when you turn on your pc.

When you turn you pc on and only orange light blinks, it means that no power was getting into it, it blinks because no electrical power is coming from your power adapter and the battery is drained. Check your power adapter cable, this is the very cause why your pc is shutting down. usually the wire from the adapter to the pc is faulty.

when i turn it on it stays on for 3-4 seconds then shuts down

The round button should light up when printer is on. Push it and the light goes off and so does the printer.

On my Acer there are two clear buttons on the front the laptop which light up when presses (the wireless one lights up orange). You might have the same buttons.

When i say at the front i mean the very front, and not by the keys (ie. you can turn it on and off even when the lid is shut)

The orange button is the "turbo boost" - for reduzing the temperature the fast way. Mostly used when first time use or you put in a lot of unfrozen things at once. When reaching optimal temperture it goes off automatically. The red one is the alert button. Not sure about the green one. Under normal conditions none of the lights is on.
