Samsung WA13G7Q1 machine runs all cycles until it comes to the spin cycle then the machine stops. what could be the cause of this?

The machine starts to drain in the spin cycle then the cycle stops. not full load or heavy items in drum. wash cycle is fine.

If all the water has drained the most common fault is the brake motor which releases the drum so it is free to turn, with the back off and a torch you should be able to see the lever and cable being retracted id nothing happens on spin thatd your problem

SOURCE: Rinse water fills the washing machine when the spin cycle starts

Check your outlet filter, most likely it is blocked, preventing the water from draining out. Chk your pump too. Before this disconnect from the wall socket; and also check the pipe coming from the tub to the filter. Siphon out the excess water from inside the machine before you open the pipes.

Hi,

Please turn the cycle dial a bit more clockwise until the draining stops. If the problem persists, please power cycle your washing machine by turn off it's power for 1 minute before restoring the power.

Samsung Toploader WA13G7Q1 siezes when entering rinse / spin cycle and the water does not drain. Can this be repaired / replaced?

The plastic hose to the water level sensor switch can get suds or dirt stuff in it and causes issues like this. Take the hose loose and blow through it then run a couple plain hot water cycles to clean out access soap film and residues.

I have a Samsung WA13G7Q1 top loader giving me a DE on LCD when spin cycle starts then just stops.

DE is an error relating to the lid switch/lock not working, if it cant sense the lids shut it wont spin, it could be as simple as the magnet in the lid has moved or the more likely cause is the lid switch has died, it will require further inspection or you could just order the lid switch and see how it goes

In the Spin cycle, after 9 minuts, it will stop with a "UL".

"UL" means "Unbalanced Load" - make sure the washer isn't overloaded first or if you are doing rugs, blankets, or lots of jeans, split the load. You can also try running an empty or light load and see how the machine behaves.

If you still have the problem, you may have some issues with the drum bumpers, etc., but try the easy things first.
