SOURCE: Oki C9500 makes VERY LOUD clunking noises but prints fine...
The sound is most probably from one (or more) of the drum units. You can check by taking them out and trying to run the visible gears by hand. If you have spare drums, change them one at a time until you find the defective one.

You have accidentally pulled the back paper tray. Even when pulled a little, this tray tells the printer to deliver output to the back. This is useful when printing on heavy, or thick paper. Just push it back all the way down to it's original place.

SOURCE: Outgoing fax makes loud clicking noise
2 different problems here. 1st is with document feed and 2 is with paper feed.
1st prob seems to be with the paper feed roller not meshing at the gear. Probably a broken piece on the lower document tray assembly. No real fix for this unless you can strip it out and haywire it.
2nd prob is probably a poorly meshing drum unit. Examine the gear teeth on both the drum and the machine. As you have replaced the drum already (presumably with a brand new one) You might possibly find a missing or badly worn tooth on the messhing gear in the machine.

SOURCE: My oki c3400 printer makes a really loud clicking
My OKI C3300 was the same and an engineer found the Cyan drum was bouncing on its gears being very stiff to turn. We changed the drum but it was still the same. Changing the cartridge cured the problem, that was jamming the drum.

SOURCE: Loud clicking/clacking when paper feeds
Your rollers may be worn and when they are trying to pick up the paper they are not able to . Buy taking your printer to an authorized technician for a maintenance cleaning this should resolve your issue.
