hi,you have the problem with the grinder.Usually it's happen when the brushes of the electical motor are gone. You can change them or change the grider.It's your choise.
This needs looking at by a Saeco repair shop - the brew unit travels in a distinct 'pathway' from being empty, to filled, to coffee being tamped, then to being emptied. Yours is obviously not working as intended.
It may be the brew unit needs lubricating ( NOT OIL) or it may be the gear system that drives the brew units movements that needs attention.

Hi. Sounds like a blocked or jammed brew unit. Remove brew unit and clean. To properly do this, you need to disassemble the brew unit. Canbe quite hard to do. The brew units are usually held together with plastic tabs, and may have to remove some screws to allow these tabs to release units assembly. Dazza REPAIRER
make sure all the doors are closed, brew group, tray, water, and disposal are all seated closed.

Hi Look on the left side where the box should be. In the left side towards the botton there is a long opening. Take plastic knife and slide it in while the machine is on and blinking and see if the brew unit will cycle. The drip tray has to be in for this to work. There is a metal bar that has to be pushed toward the rear of the machine to cycle the brew unit.
