How do I restart my fitbit charge 3 - Exercise & Fitness

1. First, clean the charging cable on the back of your Fitbit device and the pins on your cable because maybe it is just dirty since any devices can accumulate dust. Check your manual for the instructions.
2. Double-check if your USB port is not faulty or try a different USB port - make sure it is compatible.
3. Make sure your Fitbit device tracker is securely connected to the charging cable.
4. If it still doesn't work "Restart your Fitbit device tracker", maybe it just malfunctioned.
5. Make sure your Fitbit tracker device is not wet.

How to restart your Fitbit Charge

3. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number on the screen.

What Fitbit do you have?
Does it Charge up?
I would suggest doing a restart of your Fitbit.

with computer turned off take out battery and wipe off contacts then reinstall battery. If it is still empty after letting it sit a bit to see if it is charging you either have a bad battery or the charger in the computer is bad . that is an expensive fix. usually not worth the money unless you have an expensive computer and then that probably would not happen.
