New battery keeps shutting down
SOURCE: when i start up the phone its shows invalid battery but i replaced new battery still it not works
1. connect your charger and wait about 1 hour (off position)
2.turn on your phone
3. pull out battery
4. put battery back and push battery until connect with the socket battery
5. if it doesnt work doit step (2.3.4) until show charging note
ps: it work on my motorola v6 ferrari edition
LG has a nasty habit of insisting that you use a genuine LG battery for your phone. They throw id chips into their batteries to identify them - without the chip phone will not recharge the battery and you have to use an external charger to do the deed. That is what I have to do with my LG.

Try to update your network profile and if that doesn’t work try to go to sprint and have them to check your SIM. Hope it works
