Call customer service and tel them that you lost her phone. If you're provider is AT&T they can suspend your line and if you have warranty they will dwal with this. Phone needs to be suspended so that no one be able to use your mobile phone and you will not have over charges.
Call your phone service provider immediately to report the loss and suspend service.
If live support is not immediately available, access your account on the service provider's website to see if you can suspend service yourself online. Follow up with a phone call to your service provider in any event.

If it was me, just as if you lost a credit card and got onto the bank who hold all your details, I would phone the provider. They are the ones who log everything, including SIM and personal details and can put a stop on your mobile. That's not for sure, but if I am wrong, they will know exactly what to do.
