Sansa support for e200 series:
http://www.sansa.com/support/sansa_e200/faqs

user manual e200

For making videos appropriate for your player use:
sansa media converter

When a total reinstall for the player is required perform:
sansa firmware updater
Remember: running a firmware update will erase all data on the player !

For transferring files from the computer towards the player you can use
Windows Media Player 11. A short guide in how to make transfers:

1. Have WMP11 always on top for "drag and drop" usage
Right click in the head of the WMP11 page:
in Tools > Options... > Player : select "Keep the player on top ..."
Restore Down the size of the WMP11 screen and adjust the size on the
edge(s) as you require for your screen.
2. in [Library] mode: under Playlists "Create Playlist" e.g. "My Playlist"
and Enter: "My Playlist" is added on the right screen side.
3. Open your data maps and ad files by drag and drop method
onto the right saying "Drag items here"
4. when ready adding files in [Library] mode: "Save Playlist"
5. in [Sync] mode drag e.g. "My Playlist" under the connected device
and "Start Sync": wait until al files have synchronized: a message
will show up when you can disconnect the player.

I have sansa sandisk reburb 2GB mp3 player, it shows refresh data base, please tell me about the action, thanks, bharat

That action happens when you add more files in it! At the first time after you have inserted new files, the player will be checking and creating the list of the files it has inside! Depending on how much data you have changed/added, this process can take up to 10 minutes!
