Question about Chips Computers & Internet
I want to erase the memory chip from a tablet that is not working..... Won't let me download anything on my new tablet because it's on the old one

Rebooting erases everything in RAM Memory. EPROMMS can't be reprogrammed by you.

When you start using a memory card, you must format the card in the camera first...using the camera menu. If you don't the camera won't read the card properly. Try that and I bet it will work for you.

you can probably clear it manually on the camera by going to the menu and looking for a delete or clear option.

Your camera is only supporting SD/MMC Cards (up to 2 GB) and KODAK SDHC Cards (up to 8 GB).
The card that you currently have might be faulty. Please try another card.
You might also need to switch the camera over to saving pictures directly onto the SD card.1: Menu, Cam settings, Chose AUTO or SD card option Press OK
Note: If the SD card isn't in the camera or is unreadable the camera will automatically go back to saving you taken pictures on the internal memory.

Probably the first thing to try is formatting the card. There should be a function in the setup menus to do this. If it won't format or gives an error when you try the card may be incompatible. SD and SDHC cards fit the same slots, but many cameras won't work with the SDHC (high capacity) cards. Some cameras have a capacity limit, and won't work with cards that are too large (in memory terms).
