In Mobile Android Amazon app:
1. Tap 3 lines in top-right corner.
2. Tap "Your Account"
3. Tap "Manage Prime Membership" under "Account Settings"
4. Tap "Manage membership"
5. Tap "Update your settings" under "Manage Membership"
6. Tap "End membership and benefits"
7. Tap "Cancel my benefits"

In Mobile website:
1. Tap 3 lines in top-right corner.
2. Tap "Account"

7. Click "Cancel my benefits"

Login for administration
Type the username and password for your account.
Open control panel, Clicking user account and family safety,
Clicking on manager account then clicking manage to another account.
If you are promoted for for and administration password and confirmation.

Please try the steps below to disable account key for Yahoo

1. Go to the Yahoo Account security page.
2. By "Yahoo Account Key," click Manage.
3. Click the toggle to the right of any device you want to turn on or off.
4. Optionally, click Disable Account Key at the bottom of the screen to switch back to a password.

Manage Account Key from a Yahoo mobile app

1. From your Account Key enabled app, tap the Menu icon .
2. Tap the Account Key icon .
3. Tap Manage Account Key.
4. Tap the toggle to the right of any device you want to turn on or off.
5. Optionally, tap Disable Account Key at the bottom of the screen to switch back to a password.

Swipe the top and hit More tab at upper right. Go to My Account Directly under Help and Feedback. Touch Right >
It will take you to My Account.
You can manage Social Network Accounts and Manage E-mail Contacts and Calendars.

Eliud, we don't manage accounts, so we also can't delete them. When it is about Facebook, this link might help:

They even help you with deleting your account, under manage your account.
First read how to, and than after deleting, keep away from the account for 14 and 1 day. That is all.
