What is the temperature that is displayed on the Mitsubishi Mr Slim remote?

The temperature you see on your remote is the setting temperature. It does not display the current room temperature. All ductless systems work the same way. They just don't show what the current room temperature is. Not sure why.

My thermostat is set on 68 degrees and it shows room temperature is 68, but the furnace still kickson, Honeywell said it has a 1 degree difference. so what's the problem then?

Yes there is a one degree tolerance, in fact my heater just kicked on and it is set to 67 and the inside temperature reads 67. It is also a Honeywell.

My thermostat showing on screen 76F when really room temperature is 70F and I HAVE MEASURED PROPER room sensor resistance OHMS to real room temperature. Why thermostat showing higher temperature and n

Where is the thermostat in relation to the return? Is there air flow or is the air stagnant in the area of the thermostat. Have you placed a thermometer in varios locations where the thermostat is located? Try these locations and see if the thermostat needs to be placed in a location better able to reflect room temperature. Also how long have you lived in the house? If it is a newer home I suggest that you contact the builder or the air conditioner/heater installer to see if they have a schematic of the placement of the thermostats.

The printhead temperature is too low.
Check the air temperature (the room should not be cold)

Test the heaters in Service Diagnostics Monitor. If the heaters function properly, then replace the Electronics Module...if they don't, then it could be a bad printhead, drum assembly, drum heater relay board, or drum temperature sensor.

My dyson hot fan will not give out air under 24 degrees?

Hi Charlie, it's Jack at Dyson.

When you adjust the target temperature of your Dyson Hot fan heater (shown on the LED display on the base), you're setting the target temperature you would like the room heated to. The actual temperature of airflow produced by the fan heater will not vary.

If the heater won't run below 24 degrees, this is likely to be because the temperature of the room you're in is equal to or warmer than 24 degrees. The heater will only turn itself on if the temperature drops below 24 degrees, and once the room temperature reaches this target once again, the fan will turn itself back to monitoring mode.

I've attached our Getting started video below which shows how to adjust the temperature, using the remote or the controls on the base.

I hope this makes sense. It sounds as if your machine is working correctly, but if you'd like any further advice from our experts you can reach us at 0800 298 0298 (UK), 1-866-693-9766 (US), 1-877-397-6622 (CA) or 1800 239 766 (AU).

Dyson hot and cold fan only works in hot mode

Hi there, it's Jack at Dyson.

When you adjust the target temperature of your Dyson Hot fan heater (shown on the LED display on the base), you're setting the target temperature you would like the room heated to. The actual temperature of airflow produced by the fan heater will not vary.

If the heater won't run below 25 degrees, this is likely to be because the temperature of the room you're in is equal to or warmer than 25 degrees. The heater will only turn itself on if the temperature drops below 25 degrees, and once the room temperature reaches this target once again, the fan will turn itself back to monitoring mode.

Heater won't work

Hi there, it's Jack at Dyson.

AM04 has an intelligent thermostat which you can set to the degree. The machine will then monitor the room temperature and cycle on and off as needed to maintain the temperature you've chosen. If the heater doesn't seem to be running, it may be because the temperature you've selected is below the current room temperature. When the room temperature drops below the temperature you've picked, the heater should come on.

For additional troubleshooting to check your machine is working correctly, you might like to visit our Support page:

Fan does not reverse. the wireless remote does not have a button to reverse the fan nor the chain pulls cause the fan to reverse direction. is there such a thing as technical support for hampton fans ?

Only the remote decides when the fan reverses. Weird, I know. Depending on room temperature and selected temperature (on the remote), the fan will reverse direction. For example: If you set the remote temperature (set temp.) for 74 degrees and the actual room temperature is 70, the fan will reverse to bring the warmer air (which is always closer to the ceiling) down and warm the room until the set temperature is reached, then the fan turns itself off. The remote monitors room temp and selected settings and repeats the cycle.

My Vornado TouchStone Vortex heat 500 Heater - temperature

After calling Vornado Corporation, they suggested that the room temperature monitor might be failing as it read 65 degrees no matter where you started the heater. I took the unit back to the store I purchased it from, and we unpacked another unit and found the same problem existed. Therefore, the product is not capable of heating a room properly and I will continue my search for a space heater to control the temperature in my upstairs office which does not have air ducts for heat.

If anyone has recommendations I would be interested in their comments.
Thank you.
