Dyson V6 Animal worked well for a couple weeks and all of the sudden stopped charging.

I'm sorry to hear your V6 has stopped charging. If you're charging your machine with the charger cord attached to the docking station, please check the charger cord is firmly and correctly attached at the top of the docking station. If it's out of position, it's possible the charger plug isn't making correct contact with the machine itself.

If you've ruled this out, we'd appreciate the opportunity to talk you through some further quick diagnostic checks. It sounds as if your machine should be well within our 2-year guarantee, so if a repair or a replacement part is needed, I'm sure we can help.

How do I stop the 14 day trial I don't want it to go on my credit card

First, call the credit card company and tell them that possible unauthorized charges may be showing up on your account. Send the company that is charging your card a message via their "contact us" link, let them know you are stopping any further charges, have contacted your credit card company and to stop billing you.

Why has my dc59 stopped charging

Hi David, it's Jack at Dyson.

I'm sorry to hear your DC59 seems to have stopped charging. It shouldn't have any issues with this when connected either directly with the charger cord, or when placed in the docking station as shown in our Getting started guide.

If you've checked to make sure there is no issue with the wall socket you're charging the machine from, and you're confident the charger cord is plugging securely into the machine as normal, we'd need to run you though a few further diagnostic checks when you have your machine to hand. This will help us determine what's causing the issue. If a replacement part is needed, we can also confirm if this is covered under the 2-year Dyson cordless guarantee.

Big fish games keeps charging me $6.99 every month since sept. 2012 I have not purchased any games in that time nor does it show as a credit to my account. I have contacted my credit card company to stop...

The only thing you can do is to continue to contact big fish games and explain your situation. You've already contacted your credit card company so that is good. Make sure they put a stop payment on that charge so no further charges will occur.

Hi i have a 8220 and red light is blinking on charging. I have checked very possible thing even the charger but cant get around pls help! thanks

Please don't worry this is caused because of various reasons.The lights explains what could be the problem

Orange and Yellow lights mean no defects in the mobile.Orange is phone battery is very low.Yellow is for boot up..

Red light means-You have power management problem.
You have to understand why it is being caused..

1)Due to dead battery.The phone will charge but you phone battery will not get charged it acts like it is getting charged.Behind the scene it cant store the charge.
2)Due to charger is not working properly no charge in the battery.

So you have replace this accordingly..

Please try this some time phone booting may be stopped,
This is not a solution when the battery is dead or fully down....

Sometimes The boot cycle of the phone is stopped.You have to start it.Remove the battery and place it again and press the red 'end' button continuously until the red light flashing stays on.Press green button' call' button and hold the red button...Now press these two buttons alternatively until you see hour glass symbol.Now when you see hour glass wait and see the phone booting....

How to tell if unit is charging?

When you power up and its charging the green light will flash, when it is fully charged, the green light will stop flashing

My mp3 wont stop charging which keeps me from

The fact that the unit is charging has nothing to do with the problem you're experiencing. Most mp3 players, including iPods, charge the entire time they're connected to a computer. If you're unable to transfer your music files to the player, something else is going on. Can you tell me exactly what happens when you try to add a song to the player?
